I founded Raabia Shafi Consulting in 2017 on a conviction shaped over two decades of working with leaders across government, the military, global hospitality, and the C-suite: the gap between mediocre leadership and great leadership is rarely a skills problem in isolation. It is an awareness problem and a practice problem, and they have to be solved together. That's what we do.

My work operates at the intersection of executive coaching, leadership development, and culture strategy. Whether I am partnering with an individual leader navigating a high-stakes transition, designing a bespoke program for a leadership team, or helping an organization diagnose and shift its culture, the approach is always the same: built around the real situation, not a template.

I have facilitated leadership development for 15,000 scholars across more than 120 countries, coached senior officials at the U.S. Department of Defense, and partnered with C-suite executives across finance, media, luxury, technology, and healthcare.
